Ingredients: 2.5 cups @themightyfoodkitchen Honey Ginger Granola 4 tbsp coconut oil, melted 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 cup coconut yoghurt 2 cups mixed berries
Blend granola in a food processor until fairly fine and crumbly. Stir through coconut oil and rice malt syrup and press into a tart tin. Set aside in the fridge for 5-10 minutes to set. Top with coconut yoghurt and mixed berries.
