Hummus Pasta & Peas

Creamy hummus sauce:

1-1/2 cup (14 oz) chickpeas

3 tbsp tahini

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

juice of 1/2 lemon

1/3 cup water

aquafaba or olive oil

8 oz dry pasta of choice


Method:

In a pot, cook your pasta according to package instructions; drain & set aside. Meanwhile, in a food processor, combine all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid as needed to reach the consistency of a pasta sauce. Serve with cooked pasta & enjoy!
