Choc Nut Cookies

1/2 cup The Choc Coconut Peanut Butter
4 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla
150g almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup raw cacao nibs
METHOD
MIX all dry ingredients in a bowl. ADD peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla. If the mixture is to crumbly add a little hot water. ROLL the mixture into approx 16 balls, place on a lined baking tray and flatten slightly with a fork. BAKE in a 160c oven for 10 mins. Once removed from the oven let cookies sit for a further 10 minutes. ENJOY.
