INGREDIENTS 2 Cups Self raising flour ⅔ Cups Warm water 11 Grams Tulip Instant dry yeast 1 Teaspoon Salt 85 Grams Butter at room temperature 3 Tablespoons Condensed milk ½ Cups Icing sugar for dipping the doughnuts
DIRECTIONS Add the yeast to the warm water and mix well. Add in flour, salt, butter and condensed milk to yeast mixture. Using hands, mix well. Until it becomes a soft dough ball. Spread it with hands (or using a rolling pin) to an inch thickness. Using a doughnut cutter, pressed it on the dough. Placed cut out doughnuts on floured surface. Fry the doughnuts in hot oil. Making sure you don't over fry or burn them! They cook pretty quick. Fry till it's golden yellow. Dip the fried doughnuts into icing sugar and voila!
